Puerto Rican protesters are so mad at their governor they pushed a guillotine through the streets — Angry about bungled responses to natural disasters, Puerto Ricans hit the streets, guillotine in tow, to demand Gov. Vásquez step down and even jail time for Vásquez and top government officials.
